The status of your Windyke membership can be changed. Any member can change their current membership to another membership option.

If one is upgrading their membership, the member must pay the difference in the two initiation fees (upgraded initiation fee - current initiation fee paid). The member must also pay the pro-rated dues for whichever membership they are upgrading to for the rest of the month. We will then send you your new membership cards with your new membership number.

If one is downgrading their membership, the member must remain at the new membership status for at least a year before changing again with no penalty. If one wants to change memberships prior to reaching the one-year anniversary, the member must pay the difference between the two memberships' dues for each month since the date of transfer until the present date, begin paying the new dues and assume the new member status. Or you may opt to pay the difference between the two memberships' initiation fees.

If you wish to downgrade your membership, we will send you a letter detailing the above information and requesting your signature for our records. Upon receipt of the signed letter, we will process your file. Your downgrade will not become active until the first day of the next month. We will then send you your new membership cards with your new membership number.

The above paragraphs reflect our normal upgrading and downgrading policies, but we are currently offering our members an upgrading special that eliminates the upgrade fee! Please call the Membership Office to upgrade today, 901.754.1888.

Cancel

Cancellations must be in writing through fax, email or letter 30 days in advance. The member must give the reason for cancellations, i.e. personal, moving, etc., and the effective date. Cancellations cannot be retroactive, and receipt of the written notice will be date stamped in the office. Cancellations are processed at the end of each month prior to the next month's billing. Each member in good standing with the Club will also receive their escrow deposit back in full if applicable. It will be applied to their last statement.
